Genzyme in Asia
Asia is one of the fastest growing regions for Genzyme. Our activities in working with patients and physicians in rare disorders have spread throughout the region with representative offices in Korea, Taiwan, and Hong Kong. The past five years in Asia have been a continuation of commitment towards educating medical treaters in the region responsible for the improvement of patient therapy. Such endeavors have been made possible through sponsorship of medical symposia, educational seminars and international exchanges. However, our focus always returns to that of assisting patients as we continue supporting patient diagnosis through sponsorship of enzyme assay analysis, genetic testing and patient education. |
